I have already bound my vehicle in the App, why can't I use the smart features?
The smart features based on the T-BOX, the intelligent device taking care of the smart features, if your vehicle is no-T-box model, you can check the e-manual, VIN, etc, but you can’t use the smart features based on the T-BOX.
Please contact with your dealer to check your vehicle has T-box or not, or you can send your request to help center in the APP, we will check for you.
