Previously, the App was working in conjunction with the vehicle, but now the App is not working properly
Please check if the vehicle is in good signal condition and if there is any insufficient battery power. The core component of the App and T-Box, requires power from the vehicle's lead-acid battery. If the vehicle has low battery, start riding the vehicle for a distance and the App will reconnect with the vehicle (Note: Do not remove the vehicle's battery, otherwise T-Box will not work). If the signal is good and the vehicle is powered properly, seek help and provide feedback through the help center in the App.
