TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Contest Duration: April 1, 2025 - June 30, 2025

Platform: Instagram

1. PROMOTER

The promoter of this contest is CFMOTO Racing. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, or any other social media platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• The contest is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or older.
• Employees, affiliates, and close relatives of CFMOTO or anyone otherwise connected with the contest are not eligible to participate.

3. ENTRY & PARTICIPATION

• No entry fee or purchase is required to participate.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Entries must be submitted via Instagram, following the outlined challenges.
• The organizer is not responsible for any entries not received due to technical issues.

4. HOW IT WORKS

Fans participate in different challenges before, during, and after each race. The more they engage, the higher their chances of winning.

ENGAGEMENT MECHANICS BY PHASE

1. PRE-RACE CHALLENGE: Sign in

A pre-designed template will be used to announce this challenge on the social media calendar.
● Fans must follow the Instagram account @cfmotoracing and @asparteam.
● Followers must tag 3 friends, and those friends must also follow @cfmotoracing and @asparteam to enter the contest.

2. RACE DAY CHALLENGE: "CFMOTO Aspar Race Day" (During the race)

● Meme Contest: Fans create memes from race moments throughout the year, fan art, videos, etc. The best ones can get also reposted (It can be either a post or a reel).
● Fans must use the hashtag #CFMOTOPaddockPass and tag @cfmotoracing and @asparteam on Instagram.
● The post with the most likes and views by June 30, 2025, will qualify for the final selection.
● The Top 8 entries with the highest engagement (comments + likes) will be announced as winners.

🏆 1st Place: 1 MotoGP VIP Experience at Hungary GP (Paddock access + meet the team).*

🥈 2nd - 3rd Place: Regular entry tickets for Hungary GP + an exclusive opportunity to meet our riders.*

🥉 4th - 8th Place: Full CFMOTO Racing merch signed by the racers (cap or jersey).

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The Organizer reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.

*Other expenses such as hotel, flights, meals, and any additional travel-related costs are not included in this prize.

5. HOW WE TRACK PARTICIPATION

Participants earn points by engaging with CFMOTO Racing’s social media activities, including but not limited to:
● Following the official account @cfmotoracing and @asparteam
● Sharing content (Instagram account must be public).
● Tagging 3 friends in the contest post (they must follow @cfmotoracing and @asparteam).
● Creating and submitting fan content (memes, artwork, videos) and always using the hashtag #CFMOTOPaddockPass.

• Only interactions on posts made by the official @cfmotoracing and @asparteam account are considered valid.
• Any use of fake accounts, bots, or artificial engagement will result in disqualification.

6. WINNER SELECTION & ANNOUNCEMENT

• Winners will be chosen based on engagement, calculated through likes, shares, comments, and views.
• Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message.
• If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible participant.
• The Organizer’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. PRIVACY POLICY

• Participants' personal data will only be used for contest administration.
• The data will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.

8. MODIFICATIONS & TERMINATION

• CFMOTO Racing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Any changes will be communicated via Instagram.
